David A. Cohn has been involved in several important decisions including: McGinest v. GTE Service Corp. 360 F.3d 1103, 1107 (C.A.9 (Cal.),2004) which expanded employee rights by application of the continuing violations doctrine and by clarifying that racial harassment is to be analyzed in the same manner as sexual harassment through the eyes of a reasonable person belonging to the protected group in question.
