Brian S. Kesluk’s legal experience spans over a 25-year period. He has fought for the expansion of plaintiff rights and has successfully represented defendants in resolving their rights and remedies in the employer-employee context, including harassment claims, discrimination cases, and wage and overtime disputes. Mr. Kesluk is a graduate of Penn State University and the Southwestern School of Law, and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts throughout California. He is a contributing member of the LA County Bar Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys Associations of both California and Los Angeles. In May of 2005, Mr. Kesluk was recognized for his efforts furthering the rights of his clients when he was inducted as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Forum is recognized as the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements on behalf of their clients. Mr. Kesluk lives in Sherman Oaks where he plays an active role in community affairs along with his wife, Arlene, 2 teenage boys and his golden retriever, Murphy.
