Catherine J. Roland earned her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, in 2009 from Whittier Law School. While in law school, Ms. Roland served as the Solicitations and Symposium Editor for Whittier Law Review and was elected President of the Women’s Law Students Association. Prior to graduating law school, Ms. Roland gained experience in various fields of law including civil rights and disability law. Ms. Roland’s practice at Kesluk & Silverstein, P.C. focuses on a wide-range of employment issues, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour class actions.
Ms. Roland is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to appear in front of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Roland recently successfully passed the Illinois Bar and will be admitted shortly. Ms. Roland is also a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
While not practicing law, Ms. Roland enjoys running, reading literature and yoga.
