A former administrative assistant for a Ventura Medi-Cal company reached a settlement agreement in her sexual harassment lawsuit against her boss, the company’s CEO. Audra Lucas settled her claims against her former boss and Regional Government Services for $345,000 in Ventura County Superior Court in November. Lucas claimed in the lawsuit that she was repeatedly sexually harassed by her boss, which eventually led to assault and battery.
The lawsuit alleged that Lucas’s boss, Earl Greenia, sent her multiple sexual texts and emails as well as a flash drive containing inappropriate movies and images while she was employed. She also claimed he cornered her on one occasion, pulling her into a private place and inappropriately touching her. Her lawsuit claimed that Regional Government Services failed to prevent the harassment and did nothing to stop it after she filed a complaint. No one admitted fault in the settlement, and Greenia and Regional Government Services still deny all allegations.
