Her passion for upholding, asserting and defending the rights of others has guided her throughout her career. Ashley has represented children in abuse and neglect proceedings, individuals and families in deportation proceedings and workers actively seeking legal recourse. Her self-imposed requirement for nothing less than excellent representation, coupled with her dedication to helping others, has received praise from clients, judges, mediators and fellow professionals alike.

Ashley litigates in the area of labor and employment law. She currently handles harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination and wage-and-hour cases, in addition to discrimination claims on the basis of sex, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, disability, age race and/or ethnicity. Her extensive experience litigating employment class and representative actions have brought countless cases to resolution in seven-figure settlements.

After graduating from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Ashley moved back to her hometown of Los Angeles. She was able to hit the ground running in California having gained invaluable experience working and interning in Chicago at two civil defense law firms. She also spent her time working and interning at a criminal defense law firm, the Circuit Court of Cook County, the Illinois Attorney General’s office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.

While gaining the majority of this experience as a full-time law student, Ashley served as a board member for the Student Bar Association at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. At the national level, she shared the Second Best Brief Award with her moot court partner in the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition.

Ashley is admitted to practice law in Illinois, California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

When not practicing law, Ashley enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her pup, Banjo.
