Brian S. Kesluk’s legal experience spans over a 25-year period. He fought for the expansion of plaintiff rights and successfully represented defendants in various cases including harassment claims, discrimination cases, and wage and overtime disputes. Mr. Kesluk is a graduate of Penn State University and the Southwestern School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts throughout California. He is also a contributing member of the LA County Bar Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys Associations of both California and Los Angeles.
In May of 2005, Mr. Kesluk received recognition for his efforts furthering the rights of his clients when he was inducted as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Forum is the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States. This is because it limits membership to attorneys who won million and multimillion-dollar verdicts, awards and settlements for their clients. Furthermore, there are only 3,000 attorneys nationwide in this exclusive group of advocates. Mr. Kesluk lives in Sherman Oaks where he plays an active role in community affairs along with his wife, Arlene, two teenage boys as well as his golden retriever, Murphy.
